On December 27, 2017 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft Law of Ukraine "On Concessions" along with two draft laws that introduce the corresponding amendments to the Tax and Budget Codes of Ukraine.
The experts of the Academy of Public-Private Partnership have participated in the preparation of the draft Law in the framework of the contract with Hogan Lovells under the support of EBRD.
