On 20 January in Bila Tserkva it was announced the start of work on the project "Strategy 2032"
The meeting started with welcome speech addressed to the audience, proclaimed by Pavel Kozyrev, Chairman of the “New Bila Tserkva”; Prof., Doctor of Economics Irina Zapatrina, Member of the Supervisory Board of Business for Smart Cities LLC; Kateryna Protsenko, NGO "Association of small cities of Ukraine", Nazar Kovalenko, director of the stadium "Labor reserves", master of sports of international class, Olympic champion. They all shared their vision of what the strategy should be, what should be emphasized in preparing this document and how it would help the community in the development of the city. At the end of April, the city will receive a draft Strategy 2032, which will be presented at the Business for Smart Cities Forum.
