Academy of public-private partnership as a member of consortium headed by Hogan Lovells has become the winner of the competition announced by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on development of new concession legislation in Ukraine harmonized with the best international practices and standards in field of PPP
The client of the work is the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine. It will be financed at the expense of technical assistance funds of international donors administrated by EBRD in the framework of EBRD Shareholder Special Fund and Ukraine Stabilisation and Sustainable Growth Multi-Donor Account, established by Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the Great Britain and USA.
On July 27-28 the participants of the consortium have visited Kyiv and conducted work meetings with the project management of EBRD, Vice-Prime Minister – Minister of Economic Development and Trade Sptepan Kubiv and Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian.
