On April 24 2017 in the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine took place a meeting dedicated to discussion of a pilot project on construction of waste recycling plant in Khmelnitskiy based on PPP

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Agency Serhei Savchuk, deputy Mayor of Khmelnitsky Vladimir Goncharuk, the Founder of the Academy Irina Zapatrina and representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
