On November 11, 2020 the Founder of PPP Academy Irina Zapatrina had a meeting with Borga Kasdogan, the representative of Netcad, a Turkish company providing Smart Solutions for Smart Cities. The parties agreed to cooperate on assisting Ukrainian cities in their transformation into smart and sustainable.
