On July 19, 2019, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has announced a competition for the selection of a private partner for the implementation of PPP project "Reconstruction of an existing and creation of a new cargo terminal at the Boryspil Airport"
The competition is held based on the results of consideration of the proposal for the implementation of PPP, submitted at the initiative of a private partner - the company "Silk Way Cargo UA LLC". The proposal was developed by the Academy of Public-Private Partnership at the request of the project initiator.
