The possibility of conducting concession tenders using the electronic trading system is provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Concession". The first step in applying such a competition for selecting the winners of concession tenders will be the use of electronic procedure for projects amounting less than UAH 250 million (approximately USD 8.7 million) if the concession tender does not provide for the pre-qualification stage.
At the same time, for all future concessions the Government has established the necessity to publish in the electronic trading system of announcements on the concession tender and tender documentation, applications of candidates for pre-selection, decisions and conclusions on admission / non-admission of candidates, tender proposals, minutes of meetings of tender commissions, scanned copies of concluded concession agreements (except for information of a confidential nature).
