The course was prepared in Russian in cooperation in the framework of cooperation between PPP Academy and Kazakhstan PPP Center and presents a common vision of the two centers regarding the use of private financial initiative in launching PPP projects in the context of new trends in attracting private business to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in the conditions of economic crisis related to the coronavirus pandemic.
The course consists of 5 lectures, which, in particular, include the review of the experience of Ukraine and Kazakhstan related to private financial initiative for PPP, present recommendations on the use of this mechanism for public authorities and private business.
The course is designed for representatives of public (state) authorities at the central and local levels, as well as for local governments, in particular for managers and employees of investment departments; politicians involved in the preparation and adoption of laws and regulations in the field of PPP; representatives of private business interested in the implementation of long-term infrastructure projects. And, of course, for those who want to invest in their PPP education.
Upon completion of the course, participants who successfully pass the tests will receive a certificate.
