On December 20, 2019, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed in Bila Tserkva between the NGO "City Development Fund", LLC "Academy of Public-Private Partnership", NGO "Association of Small Cities of Ukraine" and LLC "Business for Smart Cities"
The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish long-term cooperation to support Ukrainian cities in the achieving of the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
The city of Bila Tserkva was selected to implement the pilot project as a promising and strategically important city. In the framework of the Memorandum, in particular, it will be prepared a draft Sustainable City Development Strategy that will transform the city into a smart and sustainable in accordance with the principles set out in the SDGs.
