On April 20, 2023, the final webinar was held for participants of the Recovery Officers Training Program based on the results of Course 1 "Sustainable Development Goals and Green Economy in Urban Renewal."
On the final webinar its participants met with representatives of the Ministry of reintegration of Ukraine and the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Additionally, Gulnara Roll, Secretary to the Committee on urban development, housing, land management at United Nations Economic Commission for Europe made the presentation “SDG voluntary local reviews (VLR) supporting recovery and reconstruction of Ukrainian cities” and Prof. Pedro Mateus das Neves, Global Solutions 4U Founder & CEO, discussed with participants the following topics: SDGs a New Development Paradigm. The SDG Language. Implementing SDGs in Cities. The VLR approach and advantages of adopting an SDG City Platform.
The program is implemented within the USAID Project " Economic Resilience Activity".
237 training participants finished the course and received certificates.
