On 17 May 2021 Iryna Zapatrina took part in the online conference “Communities on their Way to the Capacity”.
The event was organized by the USAID DOBRE Program, which is focused on the development of communities, that able to strategically plan their development, provide better services to the population, effectively manage the resources and attract citizens to decision-making.
