The MoU between the Academy of PPP and the Istanbul PPP Center of Excellence was signed during PPP Week 2021 that took place in Istanbul on 6-10 December. The parties agreed to jointly prepare and launch training programs on public-private partnership using the educational platform of the PPP Academy.
