In the Lexxion Publisher’s workshop prof. Christopher Bovis, prof. Iryna Zapatrina, Bruno de Cazalet, Doctor at Law, will give you a profound insight into new developments and trends in Public-Private Partnership. The workshop is split up into two days.
The first day will focus on a review of the new UNCITRAL Legislative Guide on Public-Private Partnerships and new Model Legislative Provisions; EU PPP / concession regualtion, EU Harmonization Problems and approaches for their resolving in countries - new EU-members and associated countries. On the second day we will dive into topics like how transparency and anti-corruption can be provided in PPP, what digitalization might provide for achieving this goal, which restrictions exist in the implementing e-procurement for PPP / concessions and what perspectives for future development of Public Private Partnership projects are in the digitalizing world.
